     President Sonny Lee published an article entitled “How to Effectively Do Independent Innovation” in MBA Management Digest. The article emphasizes that enterprises should make eight changes in order to do well in independent innovation.

Change one: culture and values.

Change two: business philosophy and corporate strategy.

Change 3: Multi-sector involvement.

Change 4: Cross-sector development teams.

Change 5: High-level participation and initial participation.

Change 6: Increase the frequency of initial communication.

Change 7: “Tollbooth spirit, you can’t move forward without paying”.

Change 8: Multi-hand model.
